What is the point of having a Chief Marketing Officer who LITERALLY gets her clients to best seller status if I am not willing to listen to her.

When she started our conversation last week, my first reaction was not so conciliatory.

Then I thought about it over the weekend. She was right. I had done the hard part - writing the book - but I had not done the necessary part - making sure it didn’t tank due to lack of proper planning and promotion.
