It is Time to Decide

We are coming up on the end of the third quarter. This is the time in the business cycle when plans for the next year are in the final stages. Budgets are being set, goals are being spelled out, and end of year time-off balances are starting to be scheduled.

So many decisions to make by a society that has become accustomed to not making decisions.

Can’t decide? Wait until the options are eliminated.

Don’t want to decide? Stay where you are.

But as much as we have become accustomed to wallowing in our indecisiveness, we remain creatures designed for change. We thrive in change. From the scriptures to the turning of the planet, everything around us is seasonal. No matter how hard we try (or how reticent we are to change) we cannot stop the cycle.

So as we stare down the barrel of another quarter ending, make that decision you have been putting off.

Decisions will not kill you. Whatever you decide, you will succeed. You will either make the right call, or discover what happens when you don’t. Either way, you will grow.

Is 2024 the year you grow your business by 10, or are you going to settle for another year of blah 2x growth? That is the decision before you now.
