I discuss failure every Friday. On my LinkedIn, each week we have #failurefriday, where we discuss the failures we have experienced and the lessons learned. In reality, the only true “failure” is the one we do not learn from. The rest are just stepping stones to success.

But today I want to discuss planning to fail (or failing to plan). It is said so often it is cliche, but in life, we can either plan for future failures or fail to plan and suffer the consequences.
