When I last wrote (in December) I thought I would just take a month off from regular updated.
Then months turned into a quarter.
Then a quarter turned into 5 months.
Life.
Since December I have been putting the finishing touches on my first book, “Feed Your Team,” drafting, trashing, editing, formatting, etc. I am proud to say that it is FINISHED and queued to release on May 29! See more below to pre-order and join the launch team.
Life has also taken me to several choir concerts and college discussions with my oldest amazing child and FOUR dance competitions for my youngest amazing child. We are also now firmly into the short term rental business with our downtown Cary cottage.

It is finally finished! The book I have been writing for four years is finally ready for primetime!
Based on my experience as a young executive assigned a new team of professionals, “Feed Your Team” is a playbook on modern leadership. I had zero experience and even less guidance on how teams are led in the modern era. My education had aged out with the advent of technology and the internet. I flopped around for too long until I decided to try something innovative - and that came in the form of building a community with my team based on trust first and then on shared goals.
